Consultation

Hexagon Research and Consulting has proven expertise in using a wide range of methods to consult customers, citizens and stakeholders. Our team has wide ranging experience of using a range of consultation mechanisms ranging from large scale social surveys and Citizens’ Panels to focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Our Social Survey Division has full service capability, offering a wide range of quantitative data collection approaches including large scale surveys such as tenants’, consumer and staff satisfaction surveys and to assist clients to establish and run Citizens’ Panels. Our qualitative research team has wide ranging experience of using qualitative research techniques to conduct more in depth consultation including experience of consulting with traditionally ‘hard to reach’ groups in the community.
